Speaker Followup

After the conference, you may submit your expenses to the University, itemizing each receipt. Hopefully, you retained your boarding passes and all receipts as stated in your Letter of Agreement. Mileage reimbursement requests must include to/from accounting for all trips. Our office prefers you scan all materials and email it back to us. If you don’t have access to a scanner, you can send it through post-mail (Atten: Lindsay Nokes – 1985 Zonal Ave., Los Angeles 90089). Once we have all documents, we will likely fill out a USC reimbursement form for you and email it back requesting your signature.

There is no specific deadline date for reimbursements, however only the longer you take to submit, the longer it takes to get reimbursed. For questions regarding any of your reimbursements, please contact Lindsay Nokes at or (323) 442-2403.
